Customer Relationship Manager

As part of the Customer Relationship Management team, you will directly own a portfolio of customers within the corporate division. The divisions customers are
mainly blue-chip large corporate businesses, including some of the UKs largest household names.

The Role
Reporting to one of our Relationship Directors you will be part of the Client Relationship Team within the Corporate Commercial Team. This vibrant group is responsible for all commercial elements of the customer – identifying, securing, implementing, nurturing, growing and retaining customers.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the Relationship Director to maximise the commercial performance of your portfolio
• Sponsor and point of escalation for all clients in your portfolio
• Deliver a near and long-term CRM strategic plan for all clients within yourportfolio - including renewal and cross sell strategies
• Provide fleet consultancy and strategy services to client portfolio
• Champion and evidence appropriate relationship mapping across all business levels for your portfolio – including direct relationship at c-suite
• Directly mentor Senior Account Executives within the customer service function who aspire to future CRM roles
• Provide support in compiling tender submissions for existing customers alongside the Bid team in order to successfully renew the client
• Work directly with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for all new customers into Zenith

Skills and Experience

• Detailed understanding of the leasing sector
• Clear and demonstrable experience of engaging with clients at c-suite
• Excellent commercial acumen with provenexperience
• High level of communication, inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence to engage multiple stakeholders at multiple levels effectively
• Ability to assimilate large amounts of data and read, understand and challenge complex documents (i.e. Legal agreements) with exceptionally
  high levels of attention to detail
• Ability to challenge confidently and constructively at all levels
• Experience of producing reports and presenting at key committees/board
