MR PORTER are now seeking a talented Upload Planner to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
The Luxury Upload Team orchestrates the process of launching all items onto NET-A-PORTER and Mr Porter. This includes:
- Collaborating with all teams to execute regular 5x weekly uploads as well as special events.
- Communicating important dates and deadlines and providing visibility of these to the wider business.
- Setting upload dates and performing technical as well as qualitative checks for the go-live process.
- Prioritizing key items for expedited warehouse and studio processing.
- Scheduling all items for studio production.
- Forecasting studio capacity requirements.
- Ensuring the shortest possible lead time to market.
- Proactively streamlining all processes to scale for growth and propel NET-A-PORTER and Mr. Porter into the future.
Key Tasks:
- Conduct thorough early morning and/or early evening upload checks for all regions, ensuring a smooth onsite launch prior to business marketing communications.
- Assist with various upload checks across Buying, Operations and Studio.
- Support with and manage studio photo lists as needed.
- Keep thorough and up-to-date logs of studio processes and other clerical tasks relating to the team’s workflow.
- Coordinate vendor sample logistics for pre-shoots.
- Track delivery and photography status of all major launch events.
- Assist in answering studio queries and coordinating with Merchandising and Buying teams.
- Attend key meetings to provide and receive updates on deliveries, uploads and special projects.
- Provide weekly updates to the wider business detailing blockers to upload.
- Visit UK distribution centre and studio on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships with key operational contacts.
- Have flexible work hours as called upon – early starts or late afternoons, bank holiday availability, some weekends, etc.
