We’re WorldFirst, an international payments business helping move money around the world. We became part of Ant Group in 2019, accelerating our mission to create the world’s best platform for international trade by combining WorldFirst’s products with Ant’s solutions aimed at enabling the digitalisation of the modern services industry globally.
We have a shared purpose ‘to make it easy to do business anywhere.’ Together, we are advancing our shared aim of bringing innovative, inclusive and affordable services to small and medium-sized businesses and online merchants in the rapidly growing area of cross-border trade.
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centred designs and experiences for cross-border businesses. With your help, our clients will be able to trade globally and manage funds more conveniently.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of market trends and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality and feasible design solutions that deliver a smooth and engaging end-to-end experience for users.
- Iterate on solutions in a user-centric approach in order to continuously improve the user experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design.
- Problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset to identify problems and drive solutions.
- UX design skills, from wireframe to prototype.
- Communication and collaboration skills with an international perspective.
- The primary working language is English, fluency in Chinese is advantageous.
