Our Commercial team is looking for an Administrator to join the team based from our Wellington, Somerset office. This role will play a key role in supporting the localised Commercial team in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
What will you do?
- Provide admin support to the wider team
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- Accurate data entry onto internal systems
- Prepare quotes to send to customers
- Calendar management
- Answering queries via phone
About you
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar admin role, however experience is not a necessity. We welcome applications from motivated individuals looking to make a career change or candidates seeking an exciting opportunity to launch their career. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
This role will be primarily office-based at our Wellington, Somerset depot, with occasional travel required to sites or other depots within the group. We prioritise a healthy work-life balance and ensure that travel requirements are kept to a minimum for the current scope of this role.
