A leading professional, friendly and corporate highly established company with offices in multiple areas of the UK are currently looking for a bright, friendly and professional Receptionist to join their Cheadle offices asap this week on an on going temporary basis.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday and the working hours will be 8am until 4.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
The successful candidate will need to be able to drive to get to this company's location. A parking space will be provided.
The role will suit a self motivated, capable and personable candidate who is happy to complete the following duties daily with ease and accuracy:
-Meet and greet visitors
-Generate visitor passes
-Room dairy management
-Organise meeting rooms and provide tea and coffee for meetings
-Answer and direct switchboard calls
-Organise the post
-Ad hoc Administrative tasks
