MPA Hire Ltd have a vacancy for an experienced office administrator based at Back Lane Quarry, Carnforth. Hours are Mon – Fri , 24 hours per week (although applicants for full time will also be considered).
Hourly rate £12.00 - £13.00 depending on relevant experience.
The role involves general administration, data inputting, dealing with invoice queries, maintaining holiday and training records and answering telephone queries.
A high standard of accuracy is essential and competence with MS Office (particularly email, excel, word).
Familiarity with google docs and google sheets would be helpful and experience with inputting data to an accounting system is desirable although training will be provided.
The successful applicant will be working alone for a significant part of their working day.
