Listed in The Times Top Track 250 for mid-market growth consecutively for the last 5 years, we manufacture a wide range of flours in some of the most technically advanced mills in the world, ensuring the highest levels of food safety and brand protection for our customers. We have built our reputation as a world class miller and market leader through significant capital investment and our close working relationships with our customers and suppliers. All of which is underpinned by our dedicated and highly skilled people.
Our Large Pack Operatives are our key link between our customers and our production. They operate our packing lines to produce large bags of flour which are distributed to customers, who use it as an ingredient for their end products. The role will suit hands-on, enthusiastic team-players with a “can-do” attitude. Some of the work will require you to work alone with minimal supervision and you may also be required to take on tasks outside of your normal work area to help others in the wider team.
We are currently looking for a new member of the team at Wellingborough. The position requirements are working a 12-hour shift covering days, nights, and weekends over a rotating 4-week rota. You will work an average of 42 hours per week.
