Job Summary
Real Chemistry is looking for a Junior Client Finance Analyst join our growing team! This entry level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career.
We are looking for someone that can provide support to the finance team, who is flexible and is willing to learn. As a junior role, this may suit a school leaver or someone looking to start a career in finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage client team email inbox ensuring all emails are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Work closely with project owners to maintain project information.
- Review and maintain client projects and ensure all data is accurate, jobs are fully reconciled and closed when appropriate.
- Review statements of work to ensure they agreed to rate cards and other financial information.
- Maintain clients rate cards and ensure they are up to date and accurate.
- Create New projects within the NetSuite and OpenAir systems, ensuring that the correct documentation is attached.
- Various monthly and weekly reporting.
- Cover within the finance team when required.
- Review and manage project time moves.

- Previous work experience of accounts/finance capacity
