People Systems Analyst

We are looking for a People Systems Analyst to join our People Operations Team.

As People Systems Analyst, you will be supporting the business solve challenges using data and a systematic approach.

The role:

• Providing efficient support for the People Operations team, with the building of reporting infrastructure across People matters
• Being able to use, analyse and interpret data sets to ensure they can be reported in an accessible and useable way
• Acting as first point of contact for system issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Managing our end-to-end people systems
• Building the people teams’ knowledge of our systems, ensuring people are self-sufficient in running key activities and reports
• Being able to track and monitor system usage to ensure people are adopting the systems and using them in the right way
• Helping to train people and share best practices, arranging and facilitating training when required
• Ensuring the integration between the people systems is monitored and maintained at all times
• Acting as the data administrator of our people systems

What qualities does a People Systems Analyst need to join Virgin Active?

• Strong knowledge of database structures
• Preferably have experience with CIPHR, Shopworks, Saba and eArcu
• Experience with developing and managing people systems
• Strong numeracy skills
• A passion for organised and clean data – ensuring data is continually accurate
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
• You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
