CRM Executive

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Marketing Team.

As CRM Executive, you will be supporting the business solve challenges using data and a systematic approach.

The role:

• Creating copy for emails, in-apps and push notifications on updates (Service messaging) or marketing content
• Designing emails within our ESP and collaborating with our Digital Designer to create eye-catching emails
• Pulling contact data from our data repository to upload into our ESP
• Pulling apart data within our ESP to create segments and send targeted messaging
• Collaborating on CRM strategy and planning sessions
• Assisting with the creation of email copy for automated CRM campaigns
• Researching and putting together blogs on trending fitness topics

What qualities does a CRM Executive need to join Virgin Active?

• A can-do attitude – we sometimes have to roll up our sleeves and get stuck into other projects outside of CRM and we’d love you to be a part of it
• Experience working with DotDigital, another ESP or Microsoft 365 for Marketing is a bonus but not essential
• Experience creating in-app and push notifications
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
• You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
