Operations Manager

Salary: up to £66,600 total package including company car allowance and bonus plus additional Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing;

-Responsible for managing and developing the performance of the contract in terms of service provision, budgets, resources and health and safety in line with company procedures and statutory regulations.

-Support and develop direct reports to enable them to deliver the full accountabilities for their roles and responsibility for achieving targeted levels of revenue, operational efficiency and customer service.

-Ensure compliance with all aspects of Veolia’s Health and safety Policies

-Improve Recycling rate on contract to reduce financial penalties.

-Relationship management with Telford and Wrekin Client and Councillors, Resident Associations and responsible for continuous development and improvements to service delivery and overall operations of the contract whilst ensure legal compliance across the contract e.g. Fleet, H&S, HR, O licence.

What we're looking for;

Essential:

-CPC International or National In Road Haulage

-IOSH

Desirable:

-COTC - Certificate of Technical Competence

-NEBOSH
