Midweight Designer

Are you a designer who wants to help shape a studio as well as leading on some fantastic design projects? We’re looking for an outstanding designer to join our studio and help us take the next step in developing our design services. You will have 3+ years experience and have a diverse portfolio of projects and work experience behind you. You will be adept at the full range of UX/UI skills from user research right through to hi-fidelity design. You love what you do and are passionate about creating digital experiences that will engage and excite your audiences.

The key areas that we want you to excel at are:

Visual identity design

You live and breathe typeface, colour and logo design and love to delve deep into the nuances of each and how they can articulate a company’s brand.

Marketing design

You can design marketing experiences that enthral the target audience and utilise the best conversion optimisation techniques to market diverse products and services.

Product design

You are excited by researching new features with real users, enjoy the challenges of rapid prototyping and testing your designs and thoroughly geek out at the prospect of small screen UI design - icons, buttons, transitions and behaviour are your world.

Some key features of this role are:

• You will be client facing so need to have exemplary communication skills
• You will be managing designers and 3rd parties so are a great leader
• You will be contributing to the growth of the studio so will have strong ideas on how to market our services
• You will be rewarded for your contribution with a competitive salary

This is a flexible role: remote, in-office or hybrid but proximity to London will be advantageous for face-to-face catch-ups and client meetings when required.
