Upperkey is a PropTech Fast Growing Startup specialising in the management of Hotel-Apartments in the major European cities since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and properties with ease. The company doubles in size each year and anticipates significant growth in 2023 with the acquisition of new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe and the United States.

Upperkey is now looking to hire a Business Developer in London.

This is a perfect position for self-starters seeking a fulfilling and rewarding role in the Sales, Management, Real Estate and Hospitality industries.

Your main responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with Property managers, Landlords, Apartments-Hotel Owners, Investment funds and Family Offices;

· Develop our commercial and residential portfolio, negotiate terms of tenancy renewals;

· Liaising with the senior management team.

About you:

· You have relevant experience in the real estate and hospitality industry - experience in lettings in central London is a big bonus;

· You are resilient to stress, can work efficiently in a high-pressure environment;

· You are diplomatic and customer focused;

· You are interpersonal savvy with strong communication and negotiation skills;

· You are very organized with excellent time management skills;

· You are able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

· You are a fast learner and can demonstrate reactive approach.
