We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team here at UNRVLD. You will be working in a collaborative office environment in Soho, London, as well as having the flexibility of a hybrid contract.


Reporting directly to the CMO, you will oversee the delivery of our full marketing programme, directed by the CMO and CGO, across all owned and earned channels within the agency’s Growth function which comprises sales, marketing, partnerships and alliances.


We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who has experience working in a digital agency.

With the core intention to build UNRVLD’s reputation in order to attract more fame and fortune clients, we’re looking for someone who understands the b2b agency environment and has the natural writing skills, meticulous editing and creative thinking to help guide our communications to be as unrivalled as our agency name.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the CMO to shape and deliver the marketing programme based on the growth strategy
  • Managing weekly production meetings with wider marketing team to ensure smooth delivery of all activities
  • Writing and/or commissioning all content for thought leadership, campaigns, PR and promotions and account-based marketing activities
  • Representing UNRVLD at industry event
  • Key workstreams include:
  • Client – case studies and new win/new work promotional campaigns in all media
  • Reputation – PR, external market presence and awards
  • Website – all content scheduling / delivery of news, thought leadership and work
  • Partner – promotions and co-fund activities – live and via partner channels
  • Lead gen / ABM – thought leadership strategy and live/virtual engagement programme
  • Performance – paid media strategy, tactics, budget and reporting
  • Social – campaign programme management
  • Employee brand – strategy and scheduling

Experience Required:

  • Experienced Marketing Manager with experience working in a digital agency
  • At least three years’ experience working in a collaborative communications team
  • An understanding of the key functions of a marketing department inside a b2b agency environment
  • An exceptional programme manager and team guide
  • To be a natural writer, meticulous editor and a natural creative thinker
  • You will understand google analytics, lead forensics and the wider suite of martech tools used to deliver regular marketing metrics on our outputs and their impact
  • You will thrive in a collaborative working environment and be keen to work out of our Soho office in London, to a flexible hybrid contract

  • £40,000 per annum dependent on your experience
  • This role requires hybrid working from our Soho office in London
