The University of Oxford is a stimulating work environment, which enjoys an international reputation as a world-class centre of excellence. Our research plays a key role in tackling many global challenges, from reducing our carbon emissions to developing vaccines during a pandemic.
The Department of Experimental Psychology hosts a number of current world-leading research groups and continues to be among the top-ranked Psychology departments worldwide. It includes over 30 research groups with upwards of 400 undergraduates, graduate students and researchers.
Currently located in the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, we will be moving to the new, purpose-built Life and Mind Building (Home | The Life and Mind Building (ox.ac.uk)) a multidisciplinary research and teaching facility due to open in 2024.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised and pro-active Office Administrator to provide administrative support for the four Associate Heads of Department (Personnel, People & Culture, Research, and Education) and the Head of Administration and Finance (HAF), as well as general office duties. The post is a permanent, full-time position.
