The University of Hertfordshire is looking to recruit an experienced full-time Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office within the University’s Library and Computing Service SBU. We have a significant programme of change in flight to deliver our digital strategy, as well as business-driven projects and programmes, using waterfall and agile methodologies depending on the project.
Main duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping to develop the solutions to support a number of projects, focusing on analysing business data and business processes. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business to understand the project scope, capture functional / non-functional requirements, map processes, model data and proactively capture progress in line with agreed deliverables and timescales.
