If you would enjoy selling souvenirs and gifts to visitors of a busy art gallery, and if you have experience of retail and/or customer service, Kettle's Yard House and Gallery in Cambridge is looking for a new Retail Assistant to work in the gallery shop. You will work alongside the wider Front of House team to provide an integrated and coherent visitor experience throughout Kettle's Yard. In addition to the day to day running of the gallery shop, the Retail Assistant provides operational and administrative support to maintain an efficient, desirable and profitable retail offer both in store and online. Experience in a face-to-face customer service role or retail environment would be beneficial. An interest in visual arts and knowledge of Kettle's Yard is also desirable.
