Stockroom Assistant - UNIQLO Covent Garden

The store will become the cultural home of Japan in London by presenting the very best of Japanese art, design, gastronomy, innovation, and technology.
We are now assembling a team of high-quality casual clothing enthusiasts to offer our LifeWear collection with our signature customer service experience in the vibrant area of Covent Garden. We look forward to welcoming your application!
Hours: Full Time (37.5h) and Part time (22.5h-30h) available
Contract: Permanent
Shift patterns: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required
Salary: starting rate of £12 per hour

What is your purpose?
- Deal with product deliveries, organise stockrooms, replenishment and run stock on the shop floor.
- Engage closely with customers to address any queries they may have, welcome them in the fitting rooms, operate the cash register, all with a view to offering an outstanding customer service
- Comply with store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and minimise loss
- Collaborate enthusiastically with all team members and offer to support them when needed to form a united high performing team
- Relay the voice of customers about products and services to company management to continue to make our business relevant for the customers of today and tomorrow.
Please note that this role involves physical work and there is a requirement for frequent movement of heavy boxes.
