Our Onboarding Team are part of our HR Delivery Service and are responsible for delivering the core HR and HR related administration services to our clients.
We are looking for an Onboarding Performance leader to effectively lead and manage our small team of HR administrators. A big part of the role will be to liaise with our stakeholders and build strong working relationships to support your team to always deliver a high level of customer service.
To do this role well you will need:
- Educated to GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or proven comparable work experience
- Considerable experience of working in a shared services or similar customer focused environment
- Experience of working in a busy administration service environment, operating to tight timescales and SLA’s
- Knowledge and experience of Oracle or similar ERP system
- Ability to face challenges proactively and be comfortable and confident dealing with a diverse range of customers
In return for your skills and experience we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week with start and finish times between 8am – 6pm. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, but we are flexible on this too. If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon, Newport or Billingham.
