Due to our continued success, we're looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our friendly professional team. You will need to be outgoing, keen to learn and passionate about helping to solve problems.
You'll work within our team selling underfloor heating, wetroom & heating solutions to trade customers via the telephone.
This role supports our large base of Polish Customers, assisting Wojtek in providing quotations, product advice and sales follow-ups.
Working with Wojtek "you'll get to learn from the best" and in time, build you're own customer bank.
The role is office/telephone-based, following up on marketing and sales enquiries to selling to Polish Trade Customers; plumbers, builders, electricians etc.

Requirements of ( Trainee Sales Executive)
You MUST have:
- A keen desire to work in sales
- Polish as your first or second language
- Quest to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
- Confident and outgoing with good all-round communication skills and not afraid to speak to people
- Be resilient and hardworking
- The ability to solve problems to achieve a great outcome for others
- Great IT skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar customer services or sales would be an advantage
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a goal-driven approach
Responsibilities of ( Trainee Sales Executive )
The goal is to build long-term relationships with Polish trade-buyers by:
- Supporting Wojtek with sales quotes and technical drawings
- Responding to telephone and email enquires
- Generate quotes using computer software
- Follow-up the quotations to a positive conclusion and convert into sales orders via the quotation software
- Provide regular telephone calls with existing and new account customers to generate quotations for products and build a bank of regular customers
Full product, sales and quotation/sales software training will be provided.
