Your role
Are you passionate about helping students find their first job? Do you love events? Do you know how social media works? We’re looking for a campus marketing specialist to help us promote UBS as employer in the UK and EMEA.
- help organize and coordinate virtual and face-to-face events for apprentices, students and graduates
- support different marketing initiatives to attract junior talent for our various programs such as our apprenticeship, internship and graduate talent program
- create content for digital marketing activities, such as social media campaigns and other digital channels
- help coordinate our university- and DEI partnerships in the UK and EMEA
Your team
You’ll be part of the fast-paced, global Talent Attraction team. Together, we drive change and lead innovation in employer branding and recruitment marketing at UBS. We connect external talent with UBS in different engaging ways. And, we're also fun to work with.
Your expertise
- a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in marketing, communications or HR)
- experience/internships in recruiting, university relations, event coordination or employer branding
- strong interest in social media
- a fast learner and able to switch between different tasks, as no day is the same
- a doer: you’re proactive and get things done and you’re comfortable driving projects
- an organized team player who likes to collaborate in a global team
- fluent in English; German, French or Italian is a plus as we work across the EMEA region
