For this position we are looking for an Full Stack engineer, with very good Java development skills (can help build applications, implement new features, fix bugs) as well as Frontend Development skills to help the team build robust yet usable and good looking web interfaces.

You are passionate about designing, building and deploying attractive digital products and services, you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an agile organization, you have fully embraced the Agile methodologies and understand the values they convey, you have strong knowledge of the Cloud and the underlying concepts when it comes to the whole software development lifecycle, from inception to production monitoring, in a modern technology stack

The applications you will be working on within your team, is targeted to provide help, guidance, knowledge to our internal end users by implementing decisions trees and various workflows on top of a CMS engine, making sure the user experience is a as smooth as it can be. You will also be creating new applications from scratch always with end user focus in mind, like chat bots for example

We’re looking for a Full Stack engineer with cloud expertise (ideally on Azure) to:

• provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated unit and integration testing and deployment
• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees: understanding, representing and advocating for client needs
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues within the crew and beyond, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities
• have interest in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the self-service pod working on the Legal Hub application to provide innovative solutions to our business clients in Group Legal.
