Tyler Holdings is looking for a General Maintenance Support Person for 3 days per week @ £160.00 per day on a self-employed basis. Days might vary depending on the work load.
The role will be to perform duties across our 4 industrial estates located in Tonbridge and Rochester. Flexibility in terms of availability, location and work undertaken are the key requirements.
This job is to primarily to assist our Handyman in his duties but this would be expanded over time.
The duties will include but not be limited to:
General maintenance at various sites.
Grass cutting, weeding and rubbish clearance.
Pump checking, site security/unoccupied building checking, site utilities monitoring and support, including electric, gas, water supplies and drainage systems.
Utility meter reading, generally assisting with light building and maintenance tasks and occasional assistance with refurbishment of units as required.
Start date: Immediate
Trial period: Three calendar months
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £160.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tonbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
