We have a rare opportunity for a Delivery Lead to join our expansive PS team which works as a pivotal part of our implementation lifecycle, to our valued Higher Education customer base, and thus operates in a critical area for the entire Tribal Group business.

This Delivery Lead job is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader working within the higher education sector, who wishes to develop their career for the leading global EdTech business.

The role

The Delivery Lead (HE) is a senior member of the Professional Services team who plays an active role in the ongoing development of our implementation offer. Working with the Project Management team you will take a lead role in the implementation of our functional and technical solutions on customer projects and will be responsible for ensuring delivery is consistent, repeatable and of a high quality. You will act as experts in the Tribal solution and provide support and guidance to the Project Manager and wider Tribal team.

The Delivery Lead (HE) has a broad knowledge of the Tribal product set and is experienced in working within the HE sector. You will demonstrate strong awareness of Tribal’s commercial strategy and interests and excellent understanding of the key challenges facing our HE customers.

The person

You will have significant experience of implementing Tribal solutions
Experience of the HE education sector
An understanding of the commercial factors which drive a successful implementation team
Previous experience of working in a senior role in a business software environment
Demonstrable customer focus and service sector ethos with commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills and experience of collating and presenting high quality information effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written & presentation.
