Togetherall is what you get when you add technology, community and a dedicated, experienced team together for the purpose of increasing positive mental health and wellbeing. We are a social impact business providing a peer-to-peer digital mental health support network. Our ambition is to provide an accessible safe space to proactively manage one’s mental health. Our community is open and inclusive to all people. Our team members are passionate, purpose driven and motivated by positive social impact.

Account Managers typically work with a portfolio of industry sector specific clients, including higher education, health agencies, or employers, who want to provide mental wellbeing support to their population. As a Togetherall Account Manager, you will build relationships with your clients, collaborating to develop strategies that maximize the impact of the platform, ultimately driving the renewal process for each account.

  • Use a CRM system (PipeDrive) to capture all client information including meetings, proposals, and contracts

  • Provide regular insightful reporting to clients based on defined metrics

  • Demonstrated track record of building, managing, and retaining successful client relationships.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the higher education or mental health fields, or as an account manager or client success manager, ideally with experience in healthcare, higher education, mental health, and/or employee wellness sectors
