Admissions Assistant (Full Time/ Part Time during the week)

Join our team of THRILLMAKERS at the UK’s Favourite theme Park THORPE PARK Resort and in return you will get:

We are recruiting for Full Time, fully flexible or Part Time during the week hours. Unfortunately we have no more weekend only availability at this time, however this can change so please keep an eye out for future openings!

No previous experience required, Just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!

What will I do?

Our awesome Admissions department are the first team to welcome our guests onto the Resort each day, therefore are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions

• Operating till systems
• Selling tickets and Annual Passes
• Directing Cars in the Car Park
• Helping guests at the Turnstiles and entrance hall

Within Fastrack and VIP:

• Selling Fastrack tickets and Packages
• Looking after our extra special VIP Guests
• Hosting VIP Events and experiences

You will not only be responsible for providing our guests with a fantastic experience here at Thorpe Park Resort but also to make them aware of the wide range of additional products available to them.

Working in this team is a unique experience where you are recruited to drive sales and hit targets for products such as hotel stays and other promotional activities.

An ideal candidate would be able to:

• 
  Confidently process all ticket types and annual passes
• Assist with the control of stock in the department to aim to reduce wastage and stock loss
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Interested in working as part of a wider team to drive high standards and first class guest experience.

Location: Thorpe Park Resort, KT16 8PN

Hours: Full Time, fully flexible

Pay: £7.10 - £9.50

Pay Rates will be increased in April 2023 due to National Minimum Wage review
