You’ll be working out of our head office in Colchester, a vibrant, state-of-the-art workplace with pool tables, darts, foosball, a gym next door and a healthy social scene!

The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our busy design team!

You’ll be working within a buzzing creative team producing outstanding graphic imagery and will have a full understanding of the relationship between type, images, and graphics as well as a strong eye for current marketing trends.

About You & Key Skills required

• The ability to work within brand guidelines and retain their integrity whilst at the same time making sure your creative work is still dynamic and engaging.
• A good understanding of social media channels and their limitations and capabilities as a marketing tools.
• A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• The ability to creatively animate logos and advertising campaigns
• A flair for visual storytelling and an understanding of graphic design techniques and principles.
• Happy working under pressure with a good team spirit and drive to support and develop within a busy creative team.
• A strong eye for current social media design trends and best practices for video content.

You will be a great communicator with excellent organisational skills. You’ll also be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail is second to none as are your relationship building skills.
