Restaurant & Bar Staff - Spring/Summer – Fixed Term/ Seasonal Contract

Location: THE PIG on the beach, Studland, Dorset.

Salary: From £10.42 per hour, plus service charge.

Whilst service charge varies depending on bookings in the busy summer months our food and beverage staff have earned up to £600 per month in service charge, with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

Our Pay Promise - No one in our business earns less than the National Living Wage, regardless of age.

Start Dates: From May 2023

Hours: Good News! - We are offering flexible hours. If you are seeking full or part-time hours during the spring/summer, we are confident we can meet your needs. We are interviewing now, so why not express your interest early and secure your Spring/ Summer job early!

Accommodation: Live in available, subject to available. Please state on your cover letter if you require live in.

Join our team at THE PIG on the beach, our mellow yellow house situated along Studland Bay! Truly rural, with uninterrupted views of the long stretches of Dorset’s sandy coastline.

During the warmer months, THE PIG on the beach becomes extremely popular. Our indoor restaurant service and outdoor communal dining welcome’s hotel guests, pre-booked reservations, and walk-ins. Our hotel sleeps at full capacity, providing our teams with a buzzy, atmospheric place of work all day, every day.

We want our team to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. As a member of our food and beverage team, you will continuously experience our daily changing menu, the seasonal produce in the garden and interactions with a variety of people in an informal setting. We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do.

Upon successful completion of the season, you will have the flexibility to leave our team or subject to availability, a future with THE PIG Hotels, permanent or just for the peak seasons - the decision is yours.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We are looking for smiley, friendly people who will strive from working in a fast paced and fun environment.
