About The OAK Network:
The OAK Network has developed an innovative energy optimisation platform that provides users with never-before insights into their energy usage, identifying inefficiencies and recommending effective action. We do this by installing IoT hardware at our customers’ sites to collect energy consumption data and run it through our analytics to generate insights.

What does the role involve?
As Operations Assistant, you will work with the Operations Manager and Installation Director to install businesses with OAK’s energy monitoring equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out site surveys to gather information needed to carry out successful installations. You will also attend installations and support with basic elements of installation (no electrician experience needed) and IT set-up. We are looking for a proactive individual who will be constantly re-evaluating OAK’s operational processes in order to identify areas for improvement and provide viable solutions. This job will require you to constantly be travelling across London and occasionally across the UK.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Site surveys to collect key information required to prepare for installations
- Attending installations, setting up OAK’s data hub and connecting easy-to-install sensors
- Management of relevant files in the backend database
- Assess operational processes and materials/documents and provide input on areas for improvement
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Installation Director to meet all installation requirements
Requirements:
- Based in London.
- 1+ years of operational experience.
- The process is driven, highly organised and eye for detail.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Experience with online management tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills with strong business acumen.
- Willing to travel across the UK.
