The Mount Charles Group have an exciting opportunity for an area manager to join our team in the Cleaning and Support Services. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and focused team responsible for managing and developing business within this Division.
Working hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

- Various Northern Ireland Sites

Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the management of day to day functions of each unit within a designated area.
- Management and development of a designated team.
- Management and accountability for financial performance.
- Client relations.
- Delivery of quality and service standards.
- Participation in the strategic development of the Group and overall promotion of the Company’s key goals and objectives.
- We are seeking a confident, results focused individual with a comprehensive knowledge of contract cleaning services.

- Full Clean Driving License
