What You'll Do for Us:

  • Serve as the strategic People & Culture partner for business leaders and teams across Nigeria and Egypt, driving business performance through talent, culture, capability, and organization effectiveness strategies.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and develop innovative people solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead and influence change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption while taking into account employee experience, local cultural nuances, and organizational complexity.
  • Coach and advise senior leaders on talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, team performance, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Culture & Engagement team, leadership teams, and People & Culture communities to implement listening strategies and translate insights into meaningful actions.
  • Partner with the PACS team, Talent & Development team, Bottling Partners, and other key stakeholders to create and sustain an engaging employee experience and communication strategy.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives that support business transformation and long-term growth.
  • Drive robust succession planning and leadership pipeline development to ensure a strong and diverse talent bench.
  • Foster a winning mindset and high-performance culture through strategic talent management, employee engagement, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, labor relations requirements, and company policies across both markets.
  • Stay connected to external trends and leading practices, continuously evolving organizational approaches to culture, engagement, talent, and communications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience within a complex multinational organization.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams to drive business and people strategies.
  • Strong expertise in HR business partnering, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation, culture, engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, communications, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational capability & development.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and navigating complex matrix organizations.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and labor practices within diverse and dynamic business environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
