As our Operations Manager you will…
- Able to communicate on various channel with staff and customers
- Approachable, organised and have a good eye for detail
- Be able to Problem-solve on your feet
- Able to organize and plan administrative tasks as well as the team and the operation
- Be a team-player and be able to develop, manage and inspire our team
- Love for service excellence
- Hands-on management approach
- A focus on managing and running F&B & Events
