Commis Chef

As we prepare for a great season in this iconic building, we are looking for enthusiastic people who wish to take their first step into a culinary career. You will need to be dedicated, resilient, and enthusiastic and thrive being part of a large team working in a range of kitchen disciplines. This role is varied and you will be working in both The Chapel and The Tavern restaurants as well as potentially supporting our breakfast team as well. We offer a great opportunity for progression and training if you want to build a successful chef career. We have high aspirations for the growth of our restaurant offer and so it’s a great time to join. We have flexible hours available, but this role does include regular evening and weekend work.
