Teledyne is looking for a Business Graduate to join its Lincoln Energetics business based at Sadler Road in Lincoln. Within this role you will work to develop existing and new business processes for highly technical products and services.
You will primarily work with the Senior Management Team to support the sustainment and growth of the Teledyne Energetics Business.
Position Summary and Responsibilities
Initially within this role you will be required to;
- Learn, understand and streamline business processes
- Support Project Manager and Manufacturing manager reporting on and forecasting of programme finances
- Support monthly financial calendar and budget processes
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to improve revenue, sales margin, and overall competitive-win position
- Support Operational Excellence through establishing best practice with particular focus on cashflow and EBIT
- Where necessary, provide absence cover to a growing business.
Qualifications
You will be required to be the following;
- Degree qualified or similar within a Business-Finance related subject.
- Highly motivated.
- A continuous improvement and process-oriented mind set.
- Have some knowledge of standard Business Processes.
- Good persuasive communication, influencing and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
