The Role
We are currently looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our team, you will be responsible for prototyping and developing new AI prompt systems and ensuring that they produce high quality, consistent outputs both for client work and our Triage Platform.
We believe this role is best suited to individuals who have;
- a deep understanding of the English language,
- an art historian or archivist background.
- Working knowledge of the creative process in advertising and innovation roles
However, we are interested in talking to any individual who has a confident approach to maximizing the quality of output from LLMs.
This role reports to the Delivery Director.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Prompt Engineer are as follows:
- Moving quickly to prototype new applications.
- Developing a keen ability to condition (prompt, finetune, chat with) Large Language Models.
- Maintain up to date of (LLM’s), and understanding how to produce the best output.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the prompt system, including user guides, and training materials.
- Have product development background and can reword problems into a format that Large Language Models (LLM’s) can tackle.
Requirements
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with large language models, such as BERT, GPT, or Transformers.
- Proven track record of ideation, designing and building prototypes and demo’ing, documenting and sharing the learnings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
