TPR are partnered with a well reputed Life Science recruitment company in the heart of London, who are looking for motivated graduates or college leavers with at least 6 months sales experience.
The role of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant:
- Sourcing candidates through different tools: (LinkedIn, advertising, headhunting etc)
- Pre-screen and interview prepare candidates
- Manage the whole interview process through to closing
- Meeting with candidates and clients
- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and candidates

- £24K basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE of £35K year 1, £40K year 2, £60K year 3).
