Salary: Up to £45,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

You will be:

• Developing and leading the marketing activity across all channels and platforms (classic and emerging) with clear strategic objectives and measurable impact.
• Leading the marketing team to inspire action and change through impactful communications across multiple channels.
• Driving the use of social media including identifying, developing, and promoting new communications and marketing tools.
• Creating and implementing communication plans for brand-building, media relations and events.
• Develop appropriate marketing collateral to include elements of copy writing and in-house design, proofing, sourcing, and print and agency liaison, ensuring brand values are communicated consistently and appropriately.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters.
• Liaising with various media agencies, negotiating rates and planning strategies.
• Develop customer and supplier relationships to ensure the group delivers collateral its customers want and remains at up to date with developments and changes within the marketing.
• Liaising with photographers, external design/marketing agencies, designers, Printers and suppliers as required.
• Other Marketing departmental duties, as required

You will have:

• At least 5 years’ experience working in a Marketing role
• Experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing.
• Experience of working closely and collaboratively with cross functional teams to facilitate brand growth.
