The Job Role:
- Group Manager
- A Group Manager to oversee a group of schools in the area.
- Supporting site cooks & chefs with costings and menu planning
- Managing allergen requirements
- A Group Manager Liaising with clients
- A Group Manager to have a likeable personal enabling contract retention.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
The Requirements:
- A proven Chef Manager looking to take the next step in their career
- The successful Group Manager will come from a Contract Catering background
- Strong people management skills.
- Financial awareness.
- A strong character and likeable person
