What is the key purpose of Accounts Receivable?

As a member of our Accounting team, you will manage customer accounts that fall into arrears alongside the EMEA business. You will effectively and efficiently collect on these accounts, manage invoicing, and address all related client queries. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with other areas of finance!

Responsibilities:

• Execute invoicing and reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Answer customer queries
• Manage cash and collection
• Document and report DSO to manager
• Collaborate with our Account Management and Sales teams, to kept abreast of developments with our clients

Requirements:

• Prior Accounts Receivable experience
• Knowledge of, and interest in broader Accounting practices
• Excellent MS Excel and Word skills
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate difficult messages to people of all levels in a clear, assertive, yet professional manner
• Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
