Looking for a fantastic Marketing role in a fast-paced, high-energy, fresh food restaurant business with a fantastic growth plan? Are you Passionate about food, social media, design and getting stuck in? Then join us here at Tortilla Mexican Grill plc as our new Graphic Design & Content Creator!
We’re looking for someone passionate about food, design, social media & getting stuck in. You’ll champion the brand identity for the Group – including both Tortilla & Chilango brands – to design, create & share brand-rich content that drives brand awareness, both regionally and nationally. You’re someone who ‘gets’ our target youth market & knows how to reach them through creative content. Plus it goes without saying, enjoy all the burritos, tacos and margaritas along the way!
This role will require all the relevant experience but most of all, it requires you to be a brand fit, with a “can-do” attitude & a willingness to get involved in other aspects of the business when required. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who has great energy, zest for life and is keen to grow & progress in their creative career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design effective print collateral for all marketing campaigns, promotions & advertising using Adobe Creative Suite
- Create engaging digital artwork including animation and video for in-store, online & out of home advertising using Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro
- Ensure all materials are in line with brand(s) standards & communicate clear messaging for the relevant medium
- Support on internal design projects including creating content and design templates for the HR & Operations teams as well as helping to support their social media presence to build our employer brand
- Plan and create organic content for all social media channels, to enhance online presence, increase engagement and grow our online community.
- Monitor and review social media performance and trends including emerging competition, channels & potential partnership opportunities
- Use our integrated feedback and social management platform to engage and respond to online customer comments and feedback in line with best practice & tone of voice
- Manage our influencer portfolio
- Support on marketing events and activations including new restaurant openings
- Work with our print agency to ensure all material is printed on time and distributed to stores
- Engage in reporting and managing marketing collateral inventory
About you:
- Qualification in graphic design or similar
- 1 - 2 years of clearly demonstrable previous design and/or social media experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop)
- Exceptional creativity & organisational skills
- Full of energy and new, fun ideas
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence in engaging and collaborating with team and partners
- Comfortable featuring in social media content
- Ability to work in a timely manner to a hard-and-fast deadline
