• You’ll work from our Head Office/Master site amongst thousands of motorbikes and get to see people driving off on their new purchase. How many Marketing Execs get to see their happy customers drive away?

• We will help you build your knowledge and experience of running paid media activity.
• And you will get experience with both Digital Strategy and Digital Activation, which is quite a unique experience for your profile.
• You’ll gain valuable commercial experience supporting us through our rapid growth plans as we have new sites popping up everywhere!

Job Details

We would like you to assist with our purchasing and finance brands, with the support and guidance of our Marketing Manager:

• Development of organic social media plans.
• Creation and implementation of social media activity.
• Community management of our buying and finance brands’ social media accounts.
• Assisting with website testing.
• Reporting on organic social performance.
• Developing and uploading blog content.
• Sourcing brilliant images to be used across our social channels and email campaigns.
• Compiling data for reporting.
• Working on projects to grow our paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook and Bing.
• Working to deadlines on project plans.
• Management of external agencies.
• Create weekly mailing activity for purchasing and finance divisions.
• Monitor site performance using Google Analytics and ensure any anomalies are reported to the Marketing Manager.

Must have skills:

• Good experience using Google Analytics.
• Good experience using Google Ads and Meta.

• Strong understand of Microsoft products: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Good experience building email campaigns.

We need someone with:

• Good oral and written communication.
• Positive and proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Comfortable on social media platforms.
• A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Deadline orientated.
• Strong organisational skills.

We think you’ll prefer to work in the unique ‘office’, but once you have settled and built relationships, we are happy to accommodate hybrid working.

Salary: £25k - £30k depending on your experience.

Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
