The Operations and Activities Manager supports delivery across our network of four Hubs, ensuring our programmes are delivered at a high quality and our staff team are well supported. They also lead two key operational areas: communications and marketing, and alumni engagement.

You will work closely with:

• Our Network Director, Sophie, ensuring Student Hubs delivers high quality programmes and a great working environment for our network of staff and students
• Staff from our four local Hubs, supporting their delivery with students, partners and community participants
• Our alumni network, delivering a strategy to drive forward the engagement and support we offer students after they graduate a Hub

The role offers a chance for someone to drive forward Student Hubs’ impact. You will be responsible for Student Hubs’ communications and alumni engagement, as well as supporting our operations and delivery. This is your opportunity to create significant social impact and get back end experience in a charity. You will be both leading exciting areas of work, and working closely with experienced members of the team to develop what we already do.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
