About us:
Storage World is one of the leading self-storage, office and workspace solution providers in the Greater Manchester area. Our team is small, this means each colleague has the ability to make a positive impact on the customer, the team and the branch.
About our customers:
All our customers are different, as is the solution we can offer them. Storage for items between house moves, business start ups, office facilities to name but a few. They can sometimes need handholding or a cup of tea, but always require a friendly & professional colleague to help them through the life event that brought them to us.
Basic skills you need to get you off to a quick start:
- Telephone and face to face sales experience
- Customer service ability
- Basic IT skills
- Inquisitive mind
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Day to day activities:
- Converting enquiries into customers
- Maximizing sales by promoting products and services
- Facilities management, maintenance and security
- Customer query resolution & support
- Daily administration
Key requirements:
- High School qualifications or equivalent
- Relevant higher educational qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail, property management, storage or customer service experience
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
Reward package:
- Salary - £21,000 - 27,000.00 per year
