We are looking for someone to join our UI/UX team, to help us on our mission to improve life opportunities of 5 million children by 2030.

  • Designing great looking, responsive, intuitive and well-functioning web interfaces based on your research, best practice and experience
  • Validating your designs using data and usability testing, rapidly iterating based on feedback and learnings

  • Supporting the development of highly engaging websites, in collaboration with Marketing, Senior Leadership and others
  • Adapting to changing priorities, pitching in to help where needed

You will have:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI and UX design skills
  • Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, prototypes and user flows
  • Experience with user interface and interaction design
  • Demonstrable experience designing, conducting and analysing user research, using findings to meet user needs

  • Demonstrable skills in visual hierarchy, colour theory and typography

These are great to have, but we’ll develop and teach you along the way:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent commercial experience
  • Experience using usage analytics to identify issues and review solution effectiveness
  • Design experience in the Education sector
  • Experience using A/B or Multivariate testing
  • Experience working with brand identities
