We’re looking for a customer focussed,Receptionist/Administrator,to work alongside our team of Dentists and Dental Nurses in our special care dentistry service where we strive to offer our patients the very best in patient-centred care.
This is a busy clinic that consistently receives second to none patient feedback so you’ll be joining a great team offering a wide range of dental treatments. Your work will be variable and interesting and offer great satisfaction in playing your part with looking after the healthcare needs of our Somerset population. We are also always keen to offer professional development opportunities if this is something that you would be interested in.
You will be the first point of contact for service users visiting our clinic, whose dental needs are outside of general dental practice (GDP) care, as well as helping to support our variety of work including domiciliary and urgent care. Your friendly, approachable style will be key in communicating with not only our patients, but their families and carers, face to face and on the telephone, as well as liaising with the team in our central Single Point of Access.
