Health Visitor

We are looking for an ambitious Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visiting) to join our award-winning service in Somerset.. Using your lived experience, you will be able to get involved in service development and share ideas and best practice.

• The salary for this post is in line with Agenda for Change Band 6, which has a current salary range of £33,706 - £40,588 per annum
• Part and Full time hours will be considered.
• Membership of the NHS Pension Scheme, Subject to meeting certain criteria, or Auto enrolment onto our generous Pension Scheme and optional pension enhancement through our Additional Voluntary Contribution scheme.

We have office bases in a wide number of locations across the County, including Wells, Taunton, Yeovil, Wincanton, Langport, Street & Glastonbury, Bridgwater, Shepton Mallet, and Norton Fitzwarren (covering Wellington, Cotford, & Bishops Lydeard) among others! If you're looking to join us in Somerset, where possible well aim to match you to a team and location that suits you.

Not currently living in Somerset? Subject to meeting qualifying conditions, we offer relocation of up to £8,000 to use towards the cost of relocating.
