Principal Control Systems Engineer

£80,000 + Benefits
This University of Cambridge spin-out has identified a need for subsurface operations – leading to underground mapping, detecting tunnels, voids and helping monitor earth’s gravity field – These uses are just scratching the surface of this technology – excuse the pun.
Like any start-up, you will be involved in a variety of areas including design, proof of concept, development and architecture. Overcoming mathematical challenges, you will be part of a team who are devoted to making a greener future.
If you have a background in Control Systems, you’ll know what to do and will be delivering your know-how and expertise into the project at hand with considerable influence over technical direction.
To qualify:
- MATLAB/SIMULINK
- C/C++ Language
- Numeric Optimization
- Estimation Theory
- Sensor Modelling with preferable experience in MEMS and CVG
