We have a Sales Associate vacancy in our Smythson concession within Selfridges, bringing together the ultimate in historical luxury retail of both Smythson and Selfridges. If you are passionate about product and strive to deliver the very best in customer service, we would love to hear from you!
As a Sales Associate at Smythson, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, thoughtful and considered customer service
- Having and maintaining excellent up-to-date product knowledge
- Reaching, and where possible, exceeding sales targets set
- Ensuring the store and stock are impeccably presented at all times
- Assisting the management team with store and operational procedures
- Having a willing a pro-active approach, with excellent communication skills
- A second language is a distinct advantage, especially Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic and/or any European language.
Salary ranges from £24,000 too £26,500 depending on experience. You will also receive:
- 1% commission on all personal sales.
- £500 dress allowance paid each year
- 22 days annual leave rising to 25 days in first 3 years of employment
