Our clients tell us we're a bit like that long-time friend who you could go months without speaking to, yet when you reconnect it feels like no time has passed at all.

Our style is much more 'comfy cafe' than 'going to the dentist'. It's the sort of place where music is playing and there's always laughter. Because we take our dentistry seriously, but definitely not ourselves.

Oh, we're also winners of the Best New Practice 2021 at the national Dental Awards. But we're not the sort of people to blow our own trumpet!

Hundreds of clients per year enquire with us because they feel embarrassed about their smile, or they’re nervous about dentistry, or their quality of life is worse because they can’t chew their food properly.

We find the smoothest ways to solve their goals, and provide a lifetime supply of smile confidence and dental health. The work we do is life-changing.

The Role

You’ll be presenting Smile Stories to the world, giving social media users an insight into the cosmetic dentistry that we do (it’s like art), and telling the stories of the people behind the smiles. There’s no greater feeling than showing someone their new smile and seeing their eyes light up, and it’s this kind of emotion we’d love to capture.

You’ll create daily content around the team, the clients and the experience to show users how we expertly do what we do, whilst not taking ourselves too seriously.

It’s a great opportunity to be creative, own a project and have bundles of fun at ‘work’.

Core Components

- Planning ahead means content will be created and published daily across multiple platforms

- Video filming and editing – It may be as simple as an iPhone for a Reel or quick Story capture, or using a gimbal-mounted 4k DSLR for YouTube. Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred, and you need to be comfortable adding graphics and overlays to video.

- Being on location and forming relaxed relationships with the team and clients. You may need to watch treatments or grab a client for a testimonial, so you must be a people-person and happy to engage with everyone (both planned and off-the-cuff). Confidence with humility is key.

- Engaging with local social media accounts and general social media management

- Use of Canva or other photo editing suites for static content

- You’ll be responsible for content across all of the clinics platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube etc.
