I'm HIRING!

I’m looking for a sales professional who wants to lock arms with my fast growing business!

We specialize in helping students improve their GCSE Maths, Science & English grades allowing them to change their destinies and choose any university and career pathway they put their mind to.

And I’m hiring because we are growing faster than I can currently handle.

In the past 2 years - the company revenue growth has increased by over *5X* - and the company mission and vision is to change THOUSANDS of students' lives by the end of 2023.

The company goal is to help 5,000 students by the end of 2023 and with the right personnel on board we will be on track to do this.

So I’m looking for someone who wants to be a part of this fast growing mission, business & culture.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:

- Someone who can spend 10-40h per week taking sales calls with prospective clients

at least one hour/day working with me and reaching out to prospects that have shown interest in what we do

- Previous sales experience over the phone or via a video platform

- The ability to take sales calls on zoom with UK families

- Growth oriented attitude

- Team player who loves to win big & have fun

- Loves creating impact

- Well organized and efficient with their time

- Is coachable and takes direction well

- Is friendly and personable

WHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

- Must be able to work from home

- This is currently a part time position (but I am looking to make it a full time role)

- Commissions + bonuses

- Flexible hours

- Potential to take a leadership role as you progress

- Part-time pay starting from £600 p/m based on performance

- Full-time pay from £2500-5000 per month based on performance
